30% SALT COOKED HAM
Lean ham flavored in brine and then steam cooked. The consistency is soft and the taste is delicate given the reduced salt content. It does not contain added sources of gluten, lactose and polyphosphates.

NAPLES SALAMI
Typical Southern Italian salami, with a slightly spicy flavour, made with coarsely minced pork choices, seasoned with pepper and stuffed into casings. It undergoes a drying and maturing process and light smokiness. Gluten free.

PEPPONE SALAMI
Seasoned product obtained from selected parts of pork minced, mixed and stuffed into sausages gut. It undergoes a drying and maturing process. Gluten free.

BOCCONCINO SALAM
Small in size, excellent as an appetizer or for a quick snack, the Bocconcini are made with selected parts of minced pork, kneaded and stuffed into casings. The product is is dried and seasoned. Free from gluten or milk derivatives.

THE LOOT SALAMINO
Seasoned product obtained from selected parts of pork cut, minced, kneaded and hot stuffed in natural casing. It undergoes a drying and maturing process.

COPPATED BACON
It is a seasoned product obtained from two layers of lean bacon that are wrapped around a salty cup. The bacon thus obtained is stuffed into casings, wrapped in white paper and tied with string and elastic thread. It then undergoes a drying and maturing process. Free from gluten or milk derivatives.

SPICY SPIANATA
A slightly spicy product, made with selected parts of pork, chopped, kneaded and stuffed into casings. The Spianata is then pressed to get the traditional flattened shape. It undergoes a drying and maturing process. Gluten free.

Lonza
This delicate product is obtained from a trimmed, salted and massaged loin. It then undergoes a drying and maturing process. Before vacuum packaging, the loin is cut in half and wrapped in golden paper. Free from gluten or milk derivatives.

SEASONED JOWL BACON
